Self-isolate, don’t hesitate
As lockdown eases, there are more opportunities for everyone to get out and see each other again. This also increases the chance of transmitting the virus and therefore having to self-isolate.
It is so important that you self-isolate when required, to protect those around you.
We understand there may be a lot of stresses that come with self-isolation like finances, accessing medicine and food or walking your dog (just to name a few). Please don’t let this put you off, support is available.
If you’re worried about money because you’ve been asked to self-isolate or you need to look after a child who is self-isolating, check if you’re eligible for financial support.
If you need help, please ask. Our COVID-19 helpline can help you. Call (01983) 823600 or email contact.centre@iow.gov.uk
