People Matter IW are offering a free local
Census Support Service.
We are open for calls this weekend – Saturday – 0900hrs to 1700hrs and
Sunday 1000hrs to 1600hrs
This free service is provided by trained and authorised Census Advisors
(Due to Covid restrictions, this service is mainly available by phone).
You don’t need to phone the main contact centre if you don’t want to – you can use our free local support service instead!
We can help you with ordering a paper copy of the questionnaire, completing your Census return over the phone or,
by pre-booked appointment only, from Wednesday 17th March onwards, face to face support.
If you need information, advice or guidance around the Census or if you need
help with completing your return or form please phone us on 241494.
Our phone lines will also be open on Saturday 20th March from 0900hrs to 1700hrs and again on
Sunday 21st March – Census Day – from 1000hrs to 1600hrs specifically for Census related enquiries.
